Currently I'm a Microsoft and Nerdio Certified engineer specializing in the anything Power Platform, C#/Powershell Automation, and Microsoft Azure.
I really enjoy helping Small Businesses understand Microsoft's service offering to transform their businesses. Through the years it's very interesting to sit and reflect how much has changed in the industry, not everyone has that friend or relative to be there to guide them. In my free time - I enjoy snowboarding, drone racing, and hanging out with my friends at the Minnesota Rennaissance Festival. On the technical side of things I really enjoy automation and automate whatever I can even in my personal life. "Automation is the pilots checklist"
A little work background for me:
Geek Squad - Started my "IT Career" as an Advanced Repair Agent learning one of my mantras - "If you can fix it in 15 minutes its free"
Netgain Cloud - My next big leap was moving to the field service team at Netgain. Working my way up to become the Field Service engineer. In this role I got to work close with Dr's during Covid 19 pandemic transitioning their work from in the office to working at home.
Coordinated Business Solutions - I then did a short stint at Coordinated Business Solutions hammering the importance of Quarterly Business Reviews while onboarding/migrating full server racks to new modern equipment. From Server/Firewall/RMM Tooling from the quote to the go-live and all the configuration in between.
Netgain Cloud(Current) - I then returned to Netgain Cloud as an Implementation Engineer where I received my Az-140 and PL-900. Here I've helped write the playbook for many of our offerings while on-boarding thousands of users into Azure Virtual Desktop. Migrating their existing environment of applications, Data, and users into a brand new Azure environment.
