FlowDevs uses Stripe and may use other approved payment processors to process payments.

Payment details are submitted directly to the applicable payment processor and are governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

FlowDevs does not intentionally store or access complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.

3. Log Data, Cookies, and Similar Technologies

6. SMS and Mobile Information

FlowDevs may offer one-to-one SMS conversations between individual FlowDevs employees and customers, prospective customers, vendors, or business partners who request or agree to communicate by text.

We may collect:

• A mobile phone number.
• SMS message content.
• Records showing when and how SMS consent was provided.
• HELP requests.
• Opt-out requests.
• Records of renewed consent.

We use SMS and mobile information to:

• Provide requested customer care and support.
• Respond to questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate scheduling and appointments.
• Send project, account, billing, service, or issue-resolution updates.
• Maintain consent, HELP, and opt-out records.

Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

FlowDevs does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

All other data-sharing provisions in this Privacy Policy exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent.

FlowDevs may provide mobile information to communications platforms, mobile carriers, and service providers only as necessary to:

These providers may not use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6.1 Types of SMS Messages

The FlowDevs SMS program is intended for one-to-one business and customer-support conversations. It is not used for bulk marketing, mass promotional campaigns, automated alerts, or API-generated messaging.

6.2 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on the recipient’s request, responses, and ongoing conversation.

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile carrier and service plan.

6.3 Opting Out

Reply STOP to opt out.

After an opt-out request, FlowDevs may send one confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent from that FlowDevs number unless the recipient later provides renewed consent or replies START.

Because individual employees may use separately assigned business numbers, an opt-out applies to the number and conversation from which the recipient sent STOP.

6.5 Additional SMS Disclosures

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
